I Manojkumar Rajaram Dange, was born in Sangli District, Taluka Tasgaon, Dhamani Village in 1978. Inspired by my Father, Late Rajaram Yashwant Dange who served the Indian Army for 14 years, I too was a proud Indian and wanted to do something for my country, so I joined the Indian Army in 1995, serving the nation for 14 years and retired in 2009.

After retiring from the Indian Army, when I came back to my village, I could closely see the plight of my villagers. Due to poor financial conditions, some parents could not afford proper education to their children, and some could not even give basic food to families. I was restless looking at their conditions and wanted to help them and that is when I founded Adhar Social Foundation and distributed the essential food grains to needy people. For this, I contribute 2% amount from my Army Pension.

Later Adhar Social Foundation was established and registered under Indian Trust Act 1882 with a mission to provide education relief to the poor people & students. I am also Founder of Isha Foundation with a mission to create better health and hygiene facilities for general public utility. When it comes to health and hygiene, women suffer more due to neglected menstrual hygiene where they have no proper knowledge on the same. Health studies has shown that the chemical from synthetic Sanitary Pads permeate the sensitive vaginal skin and directly enter the blood stream which causes miscarriages, birth defects and even cervical cancer. We have made a thorough Research on Sanitary Napkins resulting into making Cottony soft, Chemical free, comfortable & effective Sanitary Napkins to wear during periods

We established our company in 2021 by the name GrowMantra Multicare Pvt. Ltd. and made products which is of good quality, safe , comfortable and helping keep menstrual hygiene and save them from any gynecological diseases that brings positive change in women's life. “We say our generation is modern“, then why still the Pads are wrapped in paper and handed over in a rush to the customer. Why do women feel that its an embarrassing task to buy a pad. The culture of shame and silence around this issue is a blatant violation of a woman’s human right of dignity and well being.
