Introduction

Improving the reach and quality of low cost pads is an important part of tackling menstrual health, as affordability is still the main barrier for the usage of pads in India. There is little knowledge about the health consequences of using unhygienic methods which further turns menstruation into a monthly disaster for them. The culture of shame and silence around this issue is a blatant violation of a woman’s human right of dignity and well being.

Poor menstrual hygiene is a problem which we all need to deal with. We need to throw this thing out of our system that menstruation is a problem and it only concerns women. Women should be encouraged to get away from the use of traditional cloth, which was seen as difficult to maintain hygienically and switch to pads but the affordability is still an issue to tackle.

With affordability and quality in mind in respect to pads, Mr.Manojkumar Dange started "GrowMantra Multicare Pvt. Ltd." in 2021 for manufacturing and wholesaling of Sanitary Napkins. Sanitary Pads were designed and developed using supreme quality material and contemporary technology with high precision inorder to meet the set of quality norms and standards.

These pads are precisely designed to make them soft, lightweighted and comfortable, ensures dryness on the surface by absorbing the fluid efficiently and thus keeps one fresh and confident throughout the day at an affordable cost.

Mr. Manojkumar Dange believes in equality for women and has been working for the cause by empowering women and strengthen communities by increasing the gender diversity in public boards and commissions. Through a landmark study, we identified the barriers causing women to be underrepresented on public boards and commissions, and we established the Appointments Project to improve the number of women serving.

By helping promote more women to public boards and commissions, we are closing the gender gap and ensuring that Women must have the opportunity to make a difference on public policy issues.
